Complete List of Official ECR Templates for All Grade Levels
These Electronic Class Record (ECR) Templates are available for free use by any public school teachers from the Department of Education (DepEd). The templates provide grade computation in accordance with DepEd Order No. 8, s. 2015, also referred to as the Policy Guidelines on Classroom Assessment for the K–12 Basic Education Program.
